The 384th Air Refueling Squadron is an active United States Air Force unit, stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, where it is assigned to the 92d Operations Group and operates the Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft conducting air refueling missions.

The 384 ARS plans, schedules, and directs 100 aircrew with support staff and 12 aircraft in support of combat air refueling, airlift, and aeromedical evacuation operations around the world. Mission: Provide worldwide in-flight refueling to support peacetime, conventional, and wartime operations to include Strategic Deterrence.

Consolidated (19 Sep 1985) with 384 Air Refueling Squadron, Medium, which was constituted on 3 Mar 1955.
