However, they stumbled into a trap laid by the Ewoks, a species of sentient furry bipeds native to Endor. The Ewoks had already befriended Leia and welcomed her as a guest. Believing that Threepio was a god, the Ewoks attempted to sacrifice Solo, Skywalker, Chewbacca, and Artoo.

On Endor, C-3PO and his companions are captured by Ewoks, but are released after they perceive C-3PO to be a deity. Later that night, C-3PO narrates the history of the Rebellion's fight against the Empire to the Ewok tribe, which convinces them to help the Rebels.

C-3PO, sometimes spelled See-Threepio and often referred to as Threepio, was a bipedal, humanoid protocol droid designed to interact with organics, programmed primarily for etiquette and protocol. He was fluent in over six million forms of communication, and developed a fussy and worry-prone personality throughout his many decades of operation.

Using his nearly endless list of known languages and Luke’s force abilities, he charmed the Ewoks and convinced them that he was a god. After saving Han, he regaled the Ewoks with the tales of their galactic adventures.

Luke helps him along the way (using the Force to make Threepio fly is genius), but Threepio’s years of political experience and the fact that his default nervous reaction is politeness (same) ultimately endears him and his compatriots to the Ewoks.

The Golden One was a deity worshipped by the Ewok species of the forest moon of Endor. According to Ewok legend, the Golden One came from the sky to Endor, banished the darkness that engulfed it, and brought light to the moon, allowing their civilization to flourish.

2019年12月5日 · After the victory at Endor, C-3PO continued to serve Princess Leia and Han Solo as they rooted out Imperial holdouts and restored the Republic.
