3T Arx II Pro Stems are popular in the pro peloton, and for good reason. Strength, precision, reliability, all that. The stem uses an aluminum grain structure aligned for improved strength, and a clamp design that's optimized to ensure a secure fit on composite steerers and bars.

The 3T ARX Pro stem is identical in almost every way to the ARX Team stem. In fact there are only 2 differences of note: (1) The ARX Pro uses a steel bolt package instead of the Team's titanium bolts. This results in a net weight difference of 30g, with the ARX Pro weighing in at 150g. (2) The Pro has a White stripe down the side.

The 3T ARX Pro stem is almost identical to the ARX team stem. The differences being the use of 2014 aluminum instead of heat treated 7075, steel bolts instead of titanium and a white cosmetic stripe on the body of the stem, instead of red. The color of the stripe signifies the Pro level in 3T's hierarchy of product placement.

The 3T Arx II stem, manufactured from AL2010 alloy, is an evolution of the well-liked Arx alloy stem being a subtle refresh form it's original design. A single M7 bolt clamps the stem to the fork steerer, in place of the twin M5 bolts used previously. Bolts are now the more-secure Torx-type fitment in place of the Allen bolts used previously.

3T's Arx II is a subtle refresh of the well-liked Arx alloy stem, which has found a place on every sort of bicycle since its launch in 2007. The faceplate is drawn in tighter at top and bottom for a more ovalized frontal appearance, while retaining the cutout 3T logo.
