The "3V" blend is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo, and was originally developed to be served exclusively for first-class and business travelers on one of Mexico's airlines but proved so popular it gained limited commercial release. Bold and luscious, with dark fruit and peppery spice notes, it loves smoky, char-grilled foods.
