Domestically available 4-Gauge shotgun? | Shotgun Forum
2012年8月25日 · Oh, already running a 10-gauge and its good fun. Finding the place to shoot is also not a problem in my parts and I've yet to get bored with any big-bore. Granted, the odds of me finding a 4-bore in this country in shootable condition is slightly better than winning the lottery which I don't play. By the way, not all 4-bores were boat mounted.

2024年4月3日 · I used my 20 gauge Sizemaster to deprime, reprime, drop powder, insert wad (with part of the cushion section cut out to allow for 13/16 ounce of shot) and drop shot. I used a 28 gauge MEC Super Sizer opened up to size the 24 gauge brass and to hold it securely in position on my drill press table while rolling the crimp with a GAEP roll crimp head.

2008年6月7日 · 12 gauge shotguns have a nominal diameter and then there are guns with different bore diameters. The gun is not actually a "4 gauge." It would be a "6 gauge" or whatever it equates out to be. Symantics being what they are it IS a 6 gauge and it MAY be called a 4 gauge. Typically, a "4 gauge" is called a 4 bore, and is still common in some respects.
