The operation of 4-VA at Virginia Tech is managed by Technology-enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) in coordination with the provost’s office and academic units.

Supporting pilot research focused on 4-VA goal areas that could be used as a springboard for subsequent, major federal grants. Research proposals could also support course redesign. Funding amounts typically range from $5,000 to $20,000 per grant.
