2016年9月30日 · The "eusb" is a type of flash disk that is used the ISR 4331 routers. We are upgrading the memory, but when the memory is updated larger than the current Flash Memory, the system indicates you must upgrade the Flash as well. On the ISR 4331 there is 4GB of Flash on board, to upgrade you need to use eusb.

So I located a 4431 that we had in stock and this one has the module as it's primary flash. Oddly on the 4431 there is also a CF flash slot that you would need to remove the fans to insert anything; but irrelevant here.
