Jul 22, 2020 · A further update, I can confirm its an issue with Adobe's update for the creative cloud desktop app on Windows, I contacted Adobe support who kept advising the issue was due to my drive being offline even though the drive was online, in perfect order and in use by the system and other software, even other adobe software.

Nov 13, 2023 · Hi Amal, That's right, once restarted it is solved (or by closing the task), but every time the process is repeated (opening SAP and viewing PDF's) it happens again. What we see is that from the Task Manager there are many Adobe tasks running at the same time.
