The 55th Medical Group supports the 55th Wing, USSTRATCOM, 557th Weather Wing and Team Offutt, providing medical and dental services for more than 27,000 enrolled patients with extensive outpatient clinic capabilities and ancillary support. 2024年12月12日 · The 55th Maintenance Squadron’s fuel cell team recently repaired a fuel tank on a WC-135 Constant Phoenix aircraft at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The team is one of the key groups who have the responsibility of keeping Offutt’s no-fail mission in the air.

55th Maintenance Group team is made up of 1,200 military, civilian, and contractor technicians, responsible for providing worldwide support and fleet health to Offutt AFB’s 4 E-4B and 29 C-135 special mission aircraft. This maintenance support enabled the execution of approximately 21,000 hours of flight time in fiscal year 2011.
