For my light work, no structural stuff, the 6013's seem to work OK. My question is would there be any real advantage to use 7014 rods for any of this stuff?

2016年1月25日 · OP, just try the polarities with the 6013 you have and see which one you prefer. Minnesota explained the differences with polarity, perfectly. That said, I really prefer 6013 on A/C but DC- for really thin stuff when I don't feel like dragging out a mig and messing with shielding gas and the wind. But this is just me and how I like it. YMMV.

2023年4月24日 · The 6013 you'll likely want to store somewhat similarly to the 6011, Hobart recommends storage at 60° to 100°F but below 50% humidity. You can also store it in a holding oven at 100° to 120°F. , you can also recondition 6013 in an oven at 250° to 300°F, for one hour @ temperature.
