2014年7月10日 · The Deora is a 1965 Dodge A100 pickup truck that was heavily customized by Mike and Larry Alexander in Detroit for the 1967 Detroit Autorama. After winning many awards, including the highly-prestigious Ridler in 1967, it became the prototype for a Hot Wheels car, and plastic model kit.

Deora started as a real truck, Hotwheels made a die cast, later Hotwheels modernized it and made a Deora II die cast, then they went ahead and made a real life Deora II. So Deora II is a real car designed off a hot wheel designed off another hot wheel designed after another real car. The picture is the original Deora.

The Deora II debuted in Hot wheel world race, driven by the protagonist, Vert Wheeler, IIRC. My personal favorite car from that movie. It reappeared briefly in Acceleracers, but blew up in like, episode 2, again, IIRC.

The Deora is a 1965 Dodge A100 pickup truck that was heavily customized by Mike and Larry Alexander in Detroit for the 1967 Detroit Autorama. After winning many awards, including the Ridler in 1967, it became the prototype for a Hot Wheels car, and plastic model kit. It was sold at auction in 2009 for US$324,500.
