Joppa's Rule states that for "typical" listening spaces an amp/speaker combination should be capable of producing 102 dB. SPL peaks at a 1 M. distance. Given a 5 WPC SE UL 6V6 amp, speakers that are at least 95 dB. sensitive are appropriate.
