2012年7月8日 · Yep. They are an EL84 equivalent. Search for the different designations (-EV, -K, etc.) The -K from the 60s are a particularly great tube that differ from the 70s and 80s variants.

All this built on the Z Wreck chassis and mounted in the Z Wreck 1X12 combo cab, not the Z 28 MKII cab.

2019年4月8日 · If anybody is wondering, the 6n14n tubes also work great in the AC30HW2X. I have used them for years in that amp. You can buy a matched quad for around $100 USD. It will beef up the AC30 some. Absolutely!! I've got them in Lightning & C30. Good stuff.....

2018年3月6日 · I'd agree with that description, particularly the Mk2 version and particularly with the 6N14N tubes they're recommending now. Those tubes really add depth, round off the high end, and give it a little bit of compression. For an amp that is sometimes knocked as shrill and almost being "too" open, those are welcome attributes.
