Thousands of members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. ® will descend on the metro Orlando area, mobilizing voters and feeding the community, ahead of its 71st South Atlantic Regional Conference, April 3-7, 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center. The 72nd SARC will be in Tampa, FL 2025. Information packets will be forth coming. Proposed Amendments were accepted unanimously by delegate consent. Of utmost importance, the amendment to the bylaws for legacy from 2 years to four years was voted down with 954 no votes. Add the Emeral Status for Sorors with 40 years passed.
