2006年7月3日 · Maybe it's just 7.62 for a CZ vz.59 machine gun (which uses 7.62x54R). That might explain why it looks more like "7.62-59" than "7.62x59" in the picture. I dunno. I believe it is like 8mm Mauser. CTD sells it for $109 per 900 crated. It is likely corrosive. Doesn't ring any bells with me but I'll look some more later.

If you saw the movie "Enemy at the Gates" about the Russian and German snipers in WWII, it is the rifle used by the Russian sniper, Vasily Zietsev (sp?), played by Jude Law.
