This soldier training publication (STP) is intended for soldiers holding MOS 88M, Skill Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4; and their supervisors, trainers, and commanders. It contains an MOS training plan that provides information needed to plan, conduct, and evaluate unit training, one for the most important jobs of military leaders.
