I found a lot of connections to 3:03. So Nell dies at 3:03 AM in the morning (In Theo's time zone, I know it changes in other time zones). Here is the kicker: The mother jumped off the stair case at the exact same time!. Both Nell and Olivia died at 3:03 AM in the morning.
