Zubra (Ukrainian: Зубра) or Zubrya (Ukrainian: Зубря) is a river in Ukraine, 46 km in length, a left tributary of the Dniester River, the basin of Dniester. The Zubra river finds its source in Southern Lviv .

Zubor lesný (v širšom zmysle) (iné názvy: zubor hrivnatý, zubor európsky (v širšom zmysle) alebo len zubor[2]; lat. Bison bonasus) je európsky endemit a najväčší voľne žijúci živočích na území Slovenska. Výskyt na Slovensku bol doložený na 1,6 % územia. [2] Zubor je blízky príbuzný bizóna amerického (Bison bison).

Zubr (Bison bonasus), někdy též zubr evropský či bizon evropský, je zvíře z čeledi turovitých (Bovidae). Společně s bizonem americkým (B. bison) jsou jedinými dvěma žijícími zástupci rodu bizon (Bison). Zubr je menší než bizon.
