2011年9月25日 · As others have said, the buffer and spring go with the stock. It doesn't matter what gas system you use. Carbine buffer/spring go in a carbine tube. Rifle buffer/spring go in a rifle tube. NEVER try to use a carbine buffer in an A1/A2 buffer tube!!! It will damage your rifle! At least that is my non-expert understanding of the situation :)

2017年4月10日 · If its a standard A2 stock, Midway also offers a rubber butt pad. I am lazy this morning, search John Masen A2 butt pad. I bought 1 for my .300BLK and liked it so much I bought another for my 5.56 PR. If you are really anal you may not like it as it fits well but not perfectly to my A2 stocks.

2017年11月25日 · I'm not a fan of collapsible stocks. Nothing against them, just a personal preference. They pull at my beard & I seem to leave them all the way out anyway, so I find myself drawn to the A2 stocks. Biggest drawback on that stock is no QD sling attachments. Since I was sitting around bored today, I went ahead and installed one on my stock.

2009年3月31日 · The A2 Stock has a 13.5" length of Pull, Cavalry Arms A1 Stock 12.75, and RRA or equivalent Stubby LE Stock 7.75". If you need more stock buy an Hook Style stock from Bushmaster has 14.5" LOP and hooked base, Choate machine nd Tool aslo sells a stock extention that will fit the A2, A1 or Atubby Stocks.

2020年8月10日 · The original A1 and later A2 rifles used the same receiver extension (AKA rifle length buffer tube), but because the A2 stock is longer, it requires a spacer at the end and a longer screw to go through the spacer and into the extension. If your Armalite has an A2 stock, it should have the spacer.

2018年6月10日 · While HK never buffered the A2 stock the A3 has one as do numerous aftermarket factory approved stocks like those from Choate and B&T. Michael Otte also offers a modded A2 with a buffer. One HK armorer suggested that perhaps the A3's were buffered to reduce recoil forces impacting the shooters check, sounds reasonable.
