All of Season 4's crews reunite on the ABDC stage for the live finale and finalists AfroBoriké and We Are Heroes find out who is America's Best Dance Crew.

The show premiered on February 7, 2008. The show features groups of 5-7 dancers performing original choreography. Their personal journey and off-camera lives are highlighted as they vie for an international touring contract. Viewers will vote and send home a team each week.

Similar to the first season, nine dance crews were selected to compete on America's Best Dance Crew, as opposed to ten. While the crews were not officially divided into the usual four regions (East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, and South) as with the previous two seasons, the regions were still listed on each crew's banner.
