2022年6月26日 · On my passenger my ac blows fine, drivers side doesn’t. In the wonder it would throw cold, when i put hot. Now in the summer it blows hot instead of cold. I’ve replaced the door actuator (blend door) i hear it move. I’ve also pressure washed the heater core and nothing… really don’t know what it could be. Someone help. Plz.

2017年3月30日 · Hold down the power and defrost buttons for a few seconds and then press the power button. The system will go into diagnostics mode. If it finishes with the code "88 88" it means it passed. It's possible that the system will work after this as it "re-zeros" the actuator (s).

The AC compressor is generally a pumplike thing off to one side with large rubber and steel hoses going to it. It will not have a filler cap on it, but will often have one or two things that look like the valve stems on a bike tire.

Due to the design of the ducting, the evaporator core (which is where the cold air comes from) is actually closer to one side or the other in most cars, so the closer side will take most of the cold air of the evaporator and the other will get left overs. That sounds like an easy fix. Thanks!!

The evaporator core is offset towards the passenger side. If the refrigerant charge is low, the passenger side will get cold air, and the driver's side will not. So if the blend door actuators are working, this most likely needs more refrigerant in it. The best way would be connecting to an A/C machine, check the pressures.
