2021年10月12日 · Air Force officials recently announced changes to the Enlisted Evaluation System’s promotion recommendation point matrix. The changes introduce a new Promotion Recommendation Score, which places value on the experience of Airmen and sustained performance when it comes to promotions.

Selectees’ average time in grade was 4.21 years and time in service was 17.24 years. The promotion lists are available on the Enlisted Promotions page of the Air Force’s Personnel Center website, the Air Force Portal and myPers. Airmen can access their score notices on the virtual Military Personnel Flight via the AFPC Secure page.
