2013年4月11日 · Amazingly, the 712's hung in there, and I'm not fatigued. I'm still a bit wary, but so far so good. Then again, the 60-year old cans I was born with can't hear past 13k anyway, but still. Depite AKG's little bit of entertaining treble-spice, it seems to be under control. Close to going over, but just stops short. Maybe I got lucky with my model.

2017年1月18日 · I am currently the happy owner of a pair of AKG K701. But a shop has the K712 Pro on sale. Is the K712 Pro worth it as a upgrade? Or is it simply a slightly bassier version of the K701? I mainly listen to rock and metal, and like a balanced headphone with detailed bass, clear mids and clear highs. I dont mind the sibliant nature of the AKG 701s.

2017年1月2日 · These look like they'll get dirty quite quickly being made from velour. The box for K550 was also better made in my opinion. Replacement earpads aren't cheap nor easily accessible. When I contacted AKG about them I was told "The AKG K712 PRO is a professional product while you have reached the consumer division with your request.

2013年4月10日 · It is tighter, more defined, accurate, and cleaner in the bass. The K712 is capable of reaching down lower into the sub bass. The K712 Pro does have a tad too much midbass. However, this can be removed quite easily with EQ. In fact, this headphone responds incredibly well to EQ. The K612 and K712 both have that classic 2kHz AKG hump.

2020年6月18日 · I can't know what you heard but that is impossible to understand. The 800S is half as efficient and has 5 times more impedance than the AKG 712 Pro. Based on how many posts there are about the new Slovakian AKGs being defective I would bet on that a lot more than anything else. Something seems terribly, terribly wrong here.
