This document provides specifications for three protective coating systems (APCS-19A, APCS-19B, and APCS-19C) for offshore structures. It specifies the type of coating, general data including typical uses and limitations, surface preparation requirements, and dry film thickness requirements for each coating system.

APCS-19A/19C may be used for spot repairs to existing splash zone areas. Offshore platforms with well casings and without a dedicated impressed current CP system for the well casings shall be coated with APCS-3, APCS-19C, and APCS-104, or a combination of them on all major submerged external surfaces below the splash zone.
