Jun 30, 2012 · The first diesel i built was AC44CW #777, followed by SD40-2 #1206 and SD70 #7345. Diesel #767 wasn't too hard to build and grey SD70 #7375 was even easier to build. The dark red GP-9 #2002 was the final one to be built (I almost forgot about it).

AWVR 7375 rests in the siding at CP-North Eldred while the sun sets. AWVR 7375 and 7346 sit in the siding at CP-North Eldred. Not sure what the story is here, but one of the boxcars lettered for the movie is seen sitting on a flatcar minus it's trucks. They look real, but these are actually 1:1 scale models of SD40-2s.

Jun 18, 2023 · They were returned to CP although their cow catchers were still painted in their AWVR caution stripes until just recently. There is footage out there of the 4 engines, numbers spray painted over with their actual CP numbers, on their way back. 1206 was played by two engines: WLE 6353 (1206-1) and 6354 (1206-2), a closeup can be seen in the movie.
