Potassium iron sulfate fluoride (KFeSO 4 F) is a high-voltage positive electrode material for potassium-ion batteries, but its practical performance remains limited due to its moderate electronic conductivity. In this study, we employed Mg ion doping in the Fe site of KFeSO 4 F to tune the crystallinity and ionic/electronic conductivity.

2019年10月23日 · KFeO 2 is presented as a new type of cathode material for potassium-ion batteries. In contrast to LiFeO 2 and NaFeO 2, KFeO 2 has tetrahedrally coordinated Fe 3+ ions linked by three-dimensional corner-sharing. When chemically oxidized, KFeO 2 releases ca. 0.3 K + (K 0.7 FeO 2) and shows no apparent changes in X-ray diffraction patterns.

In this work, we successfully synthesize ultra-long KFeS 2 nanowires on an Fe foam substrate via a simple hydrothermal strategy. Physical characterization shows that the as-synthesized KFeS 2 nanowires possess merits of good morphological uniformity, considerable mass loading (∼76 mg cm −2) and strong affinity for the substrate.
