Aelves, (sing. aelf), once known as "Elves" in the World-That-Was, are one of the primary intelligent species who live among the Mortal Realms. They are tall, slender humanoids with pointed ears known for their potent, inherent magical abilities and extremely long lives.

Jun 13, 2024 · From what I understand, the aelves outside of the aelves part of the aelven miniature factions and some Khainites in the Mortal Realms originate from survivors of the World that was. Meanwhile, the aelven factions consist of aelves descended from aelves made from souls swallowed by Slaanesh, reconstitute by the aelven Gods.

The Aelves are a fascinating and enigmatic species, with a height ranging between four foot nine to five foot two, and five foot four being quite tall for an aelf. Their slight frames may not pack much muscle, but their incredible speed is legendary. With long pointed fingernails and sharp teeth, their appearance alone inspires fear.

An elf (pl.: elves) is a type of humanoid supernatural being in Germanic folklore. Elves appear especially in North Germanic mythology, being mentioned in the Icelandic Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda.
