2015年2月5日 · Aldia, Scholar of the First Sin is a Boss in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). Lord Aldia, the elder brother of King Vendrick, played a crucial role in the establishment of the kingdom of Drangleic alongside his sibling. However, his subsequent withdrawal to his manor marked the beginning of a solitary pursuit for the secrets of life.

Aldia, Scholar of the First Sin is an optional boss as well as a character in Dark Souls II. He was originally only a mentioned character as Lord Aldia, a mysterious researcher who conducted horrible experiments in his mansion, Aldia's Keep, but was added into the game proper via the Scholar of the First Sin enhanced edition named after him.

Added in patch 1.10 of the Scholar of the First Sin update, Aldia appears as a new NPC that the player will encounter several times throughout their journey.

Aldia's dialogue pushes you to find Vendrick, and constantly tests you asking you what your purpose is, what drives you. Beating Aldia is just another test, like his questions.

2014年3月20日 · Aldia's Keep is a Location in Dark Souls 2. It is a castle ruin with ample grounds. Here you will find several interesting enemies and lore hints, as well as an important imprisoned NPC who grants a quest.

Aldia was the very first being who has (albeit not quite how he wanted to) somewhat successfully broken the cycle of hollowing and undeath and made himself truly immortal.

2018年11月13日 · There is no point in fighting it (Aldia), no great soul, I don't even remember if it gives standard souls. Some say Aldia gives more backstory to what is going on but I never understood what it talks about. He counts as a boss for several acheivements, including beating the game, no death no bonfire, and I think tiggering benheart's quest.
