Ali Uras (14 Mayıs 1923, Sinop - 5 Mayıs 2012, İstanbul), tıp profesörü, eski basketbolcu, eski Galatasaray ve TFF başkanı. Ortaöğrenimini İstanbul Kabataş Erkek Lisesi 'nde tamamladıktan sonra, 1947 yılında tıp doktoru diplomasını almış, daha sonra genel cerrahide profesörlük mertebesine kadar yükselmiştir.
