VY2 doesn't have an official design, with his box art being represented by a sword. He and VY1 were designed to have avatars that were just objects and not real names in order for people using them to come up with entirely original names, designs, and personalities for them.

VY2 was ranked as the highest quality masculine vocal within the VOCALOID2 era for Japanese. It had a natural tone due to the fact no noise filtration was applied to the vocal. Both VY2 and the Gackpoid software hold the title of second lowest known optimum vocal range in VOCALOID 2 at #A1, being BIG AL the first one.
