UROLOGY REQUISITION
SPECIMEN LABEL INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Write required information on the labels. 2.Remove necessary labels and place one (1) label on each specimen container (not on the lid).
The specimen typically will be held for 2-3 days, during which time the physician must contact the laboratory to request flow analysis. A specimen may also be sent with a diagnosis that does not warrant flow cytometry testing (Hodgkin lymphoma, carcinoma, certain body fluids, etc.)
