2020年11月13日 · Arctis is simply poor at using it. They then go on to blame all devices that could send out a wifi signal on 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. Blaming everything from external hard-drives to wifi signals less that five feet away. Even more if you have a powerful wifi. -- Well, that pretty much means every wifi unit out there is interfering with Arctis 9x.

2021年3月24日 · I just got me new XBOX Series X, (finally!) and my Arctis 9x headset is wonky. It connects, but then is very choppy and frequently just turns off. I have to turn the headset off and then back on again to reconnect, and I tell the xbox which user is using it will come on for a little while then cut back out.

2022年1月22日 · I followed the above steps, but still ran into the same issue. I returned the Arctis 9x and got an Arctis 9 instead, which came with its own 2.4ghz dongle. There isn't any clicking noises, so I suspect it was either the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows or the Windows 10 itself being the issue. Thanks for your support!

2025年3月5日 · So, to get to the subject at hand I bought myself a dream pair of Steel Series Arctis 9X's for my Xbox 1 S just four days ago. Today is actually the very first day I got to try and use them. At first notice, nothing seemed wrong as they were playing the usual game noise like background music, guns shooting, etc...
