2014年2月6日 · I am pretty sure with a SMU that experience and advanced soldiers are the backbone of the units I was just hoping there was some kind of intern program for some SMU's haha, you know start as the coffee guy or mail room clerk and work my way up kinda thing.

2018年4月30日 · This ends up being a pitfall to good 92Ys, because of the clash or personalities resulting in more stress and lack of team work. Which, depending where you are in the Army again, team work is more prevalent in some places than others. I imagine you are lucky if your on a good post or actually in a Quartermaster Unit.

2018年10月3日 · In my last unit 1st IO, we were a multi-compo unit so everyone was there. AD, R, NG. All the same mission, same duties, and for certain individuals they were untouchable due to their specialized skill sets. These folks were GOOD at what they did. Look into SOF support or going JSOC or another SMU type unit.
