2024年5月12日 · An aurora vortex looks like multiple circular impingements of solar wind on the atmosphere. This may follow magnetic field lines from the earth, which could funnel the wind into specific paths preferentially (or their own magnetism could cause the same effect). This is a question of magnetohydrodynamics, something I have very little awareness of.

2023年6月19日 · I recently installed aurora and I made the mistake of setting vortex as an option and I’d like to have it removed, but can’t find the cfg file. I delete the game file and uninstalled but still pops up.

2020年7月8日 · Then I open Aurora and select the K70 for example. Selecting the lighting effects on the left should be applied to the keyboard right. Because that's not what's happening, as soon as I open OpenRGB the keyboard starts doing like a seizure lighting effect and the presets on the left side in Aurora are not being applied to the keyboard.

2020年9月29日 · The ST100 (and many other non-keyboard/mouse devices) are treated as an LED strip in Aurora. In Aurora, LED strips are mapped to the ADDITIONALLIGHTS 1-32 fields. These fields are only present on a few keyboard layouts that have a light bar (HyperX Alloy Elite, Corsair Platinum).

Vortex can be a bit of a rocky start when first using it. Quickest way to learn how to use it, is take a few of the mods that you know you will use, and that you know will involve the user of the overwrite prompt, and screw around with the software (along with reading all of the tooltips that show up in the settings Section).
