2014年4月21日 · As of this past fiscal year, the door to other rates transferring in has been shut, and the only Aircrew rate accepting transfer-in personnel is AWO, and we're limiting it to AWF and AWV Aircrewmen who wish to convert. The reason for this policy change is because of the steady conversion from the P-3 Orion, to the P-8 Poseidon patrol aircraft.

2013年5月9日 · A.O. Chris asked me to tell him about the Aircrew rate.....Here ya go!! I’m going to try and breakdown the Aircrew program and this is the progression thru it as my kid is living it. This is a very confusing process and there is not a lot of info out there about how this all works.
