2010年10月24日 · I should be the proud owner of these new B&W 603 S2 Anniversary Series speakers in about 2-3 weeks time. All my current Rotel amps will work perfectly with them also... as they can even power even bigger speakers so no fear there, it should be a quick swapping out of my old speakers for my new.

2020年3月3日 · As mentioned above I was quite surprised by the B&W 603 speakers, but in the end preferred the Dali Oberon 5, and still do. The good news is since the 603 go deeper in the bass they don’t sound as forward sounding as the 606/607. But for people who owns these speakers perhaps subwoofer can solve this, and every room is different.

2020年3月3日 · Now the B&W 603 is a different animal all together. The midrange is not as clear as the Dali’ making them sound slightly veiled. Voices are more upfront though and very realistic. It just that they sound a bit shallow/metallic.

2018年12月29日 · While my 603's were quite impressive, switching to the 702's (via the A-B switch) its clear how the 702's are a different caliber of speaker. Even though they both share the same mid driver, the vocals are more clearer and brighter with the 702's.

2020年6月20日 · I listened to both of these speakers earlier this year and got the Silver 300s. I wasn't very impressed by the B&W 603s. The B&W 704 S2 was a closer comparison to the Silver 300. These were my audition notes: B&W 603: ($1999) Listening to this speaker was quite disappointing. My audition started well.
