Instead of the Avon 101s of the Canberra B.2, the B-57A featured more powerful Wright J65 engines, with 32.1 kN (3,275 kgp / 7,220 lbf) thrust each. They were actually license-built British Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire turbojets.

2023年12月31日 · The uppers are finished is standard 3-tone camo, with the unders in a 'light grey'. This was an unpopular paint job, and was replaced soon after with the standard Night Black (tm) unders. All markings are decals, and have 24 100% historically correct serials, and their presentation on the tail, for the timeframe represented.

2016年10月17日 · Apparently in their last years with the B-57 they flew their birds in a vast array of schemes to recognize its' years of service. They had birds in SEA camo, overall black with red markings, black with white markings, ADC gray with black trim and ADC gray with red trim, all of which carried the legend "Green Mountain Boys" on their tanks.

There is noseart on 6 of these aircraft including 2 aircraft with sexy noseart. This decal sheet includes 3 distinct camo schemes and I was quite fascinated as I read the history of the aircraft featured on this decal sheet.

2020年3月9日 · CD48178 will be a 1/48 sheet dedicated to the B-57 Canberra in USAF service. Multiple variants, but I would like to emphasize later (post-Vietnam) markings. I am currently working on the drawings so feel free to suggest options to be included.
