Judge B-15, born Verity Willis, is the head of the Time Variance Authority and a former high-ranking hunter of the organisation. On a mission, she captured Loki and was a part of an uneasy alliance with him in order to find another Loki Variant.

Hunter B-15, born as Willis, is a Marvel Cinematic Universe character from the Disney+ series Loki. She is a Hunter in the Time Variance Authority who works capturing Variants and protecting the Sacred Timeline, until she finds out the truth about the organization. Willis previously had a normal and happy life as a doctor on the Sacred Timeline.

Oluwunmi "Wunmi" Mosaku portrayed B-15 in Loki and Deadpool & Wolverine. She also portrayed Verity Willis in the Loki episode Science/Fiction. She portrayed Sylvie Laufeydottir in possession of Hunter B-15 's body in the Loki episode The Variant. She was interviewed for the Assembled episodes The Making of Loki and The Making of Loki Season 2.

Hunter B-15 was Mr. Paradox 's boss at the TVA.
