This product is a recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) designed for efficient gene delivery. The construct includes a Blue Fluorescent Protein (BFP) and a Flag tag under the control of the EF1a promoter, making it ideal for dual-activity monitoring and protein expression studies.

TagBFP is a basic (constitutively fluorescent) blue fluorescent protein published in 2008, derived from Entacmaea quadricolor. It is reported to be a very rapidly-maturing monomer with very low acid sensitivity.
