2009年3月28日 · Well, when my CCV went bad, it would smoke at start-up and my mileage decreased and I felt a loss of power and I heard a hiss and it threw SES codes. Check for codes, even though the SES light is not on you know that something might still show up. So if your car has similar symptoms then it probably is the CCV.

2009年11月13日 · Insert the connecting line into the original position from above the intake manifold. Much wiggling and bending of the line is required to get it into place. Once the lower connection is in place, insert the CCV into place. Align the marks, insert the hose into the CCV and rotate the 1/8 turn.

2011年3月19日 · BMW "upgraded" the CCV kit with the insulated one in an attempt to avoid condensation on the pipe walls, and the forming of mayo - the mayo can get hard and can freeze. This will destroy the CCV or can lead to catastrophic engine failure. It's some sort of bad engineering aknowledgement from BMW (and these are not many).
