Feb 13, 2023 · Looking on the G42 forum, it seems like a very common problem to cars with Adaptive suspension. On that forum, there is a post from someone who had their shocks replaced with a new set by BMW which had a revised part number. When looking under my G22, it appears the rear shocks have the same part number as the ones causing the trouble on the G42.
