2023年4月16日 · MGU22H is the current head unit used in the 7 series. It is expected to be used on X5/X7 starting from August 2023 production. SoC closeup is attached. VERY big hardware upgrade compared to MGU21. I will only be describing the major changes: with 2x4GB RAM. The processor is 7 years old but runs core functions relatively well.

2023年5月10日 · Got some info for MGU21A and MGU22H based on docs. MGU21A doc format is simlier as MGU21, only the HW version showing 2.1 (Which MGU21 is HW version 1.3). So I guess MGU4+ is significant upgrade the CPU but still is intel CPU and MGU22H had confirmed use Qualcomm CPU. MGU21A is even released later than MGU22H.
