2022年2月21日 · M5 is sporty sedan car, M3 is a sedany sports car. Having driven both on and off the track, I’d take either. On a big boy track like COTA the M5 will walk away from an M3. You’ll catch them in the corners in an M3 but as soon as you hit a straight you’ll be right foot down with nothing more to give as the M5 pulls away.

I opted for a 540i and speced her juuuuust the way I like it (if you have the budget for the m5 comp you'll be able to fully load a 540) that I plan to keep long term.

They both have one of the worst engines in history in the N63 with some bandaids and duct tape over it to make the S63. 2021年10月11日 · The m5's engine is easily the best out of these cars and sounds quite nice. It shoves you into the seat when you accelerate from a standstill. The gearbox, engine, xdrive and excellent chassis make a the car an awesome track weapon.

The m5 is incredibly fast, powerful, king of the german cars for decades. It’s still practical with 5 doors, decent space in the back and boot and incredibly comfortable. The m4 is a 3 door with a smaller engine, but weighs a lot less and will be more fun on a mountain road.
