Bleu (known as Deis in the Japanese version) is an optional playable character that appears in Breath of Fire II. She is a powerful sorceress who claims to be over 10,000 years old and is revealed in the sequels to be an extra-dimensional being.

Bleu is an offensive magic user much like Nina - she joins your party at level 35 with a full set of appropriate gear for that level.
