Turns out that the .22 WMR case is a lengthened .22 WRF case, and the WRF will function great in the WMR, kinda like shooting .44spl and .44mag in the same gun.

With the 12x308, it wont me nearly as important as I doubt I'll ever use a 12ga slug load. I imagine even when I'm in big game mode, the .308 will be loaded with my favorite 150grain and the 12 will have buckshot.

The gun has 24in barrels 12gauge 3in chamber with adjustable post and notch rifle sights on top and 223 barrel below, double trigger wood stock and fore end.
