2021年11月15日 · It's worth mentioning that I haven't experienced it with singleplayer games, and "The Cycle: Frontier", a multiplayer game. It DOESN'T happen with Apex Legends when launched from Origin. I only realized it seems to only happen with multiplayer games recently, so my troubleshooting steps are going to seem kind of bonkers maybe lol.

2016年3月24日 · As far as "not so legit" goes... I've done it once with The Sims 3. But I also cracked the original exe for it, so I could run it outside of steam and thus not potentially get my account flagged, meaning I wouldn't know if it would've worked or not directly on steam, my guess is "nope". Quite frankly, wasn't worth it.

2020年2月25日 · Yes. Java for Minecraft is a very single threaded application. Really though you don't need a CPU with a clock that's super over the top unless you plan on hosting a massive number of players (100's) Any mid-range CPU will probably suffice.

2020年9月19日 · every game has cheaters. You're best bet is prob going for the more mature community games such as Squad, Post Scriptum, Hell Let Loose, Mount and blade Warband. I think I've only ran into only a handful of cheaters in my 4 or 5 years of playing Rainbow Six Siege.

2023年12月9日 · A Steam cache is when you download all of your game files to your local server so that when you want to install the games on to one of the other PC's on your local network you just copy them over from the server. The advantage of this is only have to download the games once, so it's nice for people with slow internet.

2016年2月14日 · Steam purchased games are usually located at: <Path of where Steam is installed>\steamapps\common. Go there. From there you can see a list of folders which contains the each of your games from Steam that is currently installed on your system. Go in the game folder of where you want a to have the game pinned on the Start Menu or Taskbar.
