Not all, but people are facing issues due to lack of good development projects. If you're getting good ctc, then join. Why to join an avg service based one, you're from Big4.

2023年3月3日 · It takes around 2-6 months and depends upon your previous organisation. You will not be notified if BGV completes, that's internal. If BGV isn't complete and some other docs/info is required, you will receive mail.

This is really frustrating … bgv should be completed before joining date. If someone is joining after 90 days notice period, then why it is taking so much of time ?

Recently joined CTS, took about 2 weeks for BGV which is fair I guess. They'd ask for the docs unless receive all valid and required docs. This is better to get the BGV cleared before joining rather than expecting trouble later.

Discuss with your previous company to sort this issue out. Otherwise bgv will not be cleared.
