近日,北京大学的彭海琳教授课题组与牛津大学的陈宇林教授团队合作,揭示了超高迁移率层状Bi 2 O 2 Se半导体的电子结构及表面特性。 他们首先使用改良的布里奇曼方法得到高质量的层状Bi 2 O 2 Se半导体单晶块材,其低温2 K下霍尔迁移率可高达~2.8*10 5 cm 2 /Vs(可与最好的石墨烯和量子阱中二维电子气迁移率相比),并观测到显著的舒布尼科夫-德哈斯量子振荡。

2025年1月1日 · Bi 2 O 2 CO 3 /Bi 2 O 2+x S 1-x was fabricated by two-step chemical precipitation. The removal rate of composite on BPA was higher than that of Bi 2 O 2 CO 3 and Bi 2 O 2+x S 1-x. The hole and superoxide species played a critical role in the degradation of BPA. The S-scheme n-n heterojunction is proposed.
Ultrathin Bi2O2S nanosheet near-infrared photodetectors
Here, we demonstrate for the first time, the scalable room-temperature chemical synthesis and near-infrared (NIR) photodetection of ultrathin Bi 2 O 2 S nanosheets. The thickness of the freestanding nanosheets was around 2–3 nm with a lateral dimension of ∼80–100 nm.
