GDF­7 is synthesized as a large precursor protein that consists of an N-­terminal 19 amino acid (aa) signal sequence, a 302 aa pro region and a 129 aa C-terminal mature peptide.

2015年3月1日 · To our knowledge, the dose-dependent reduction in adhesions by BMP-12 when it was released from sutures or collagen sponges is a new finding. BMP-12 is a member of the TGF-β1 superfamily and TGF-β1 is a known modulator of collagen deposition and fibrosis.
