Boeing’s workplace safety initiative Go4Zero strives for a goal of zero injuries, guided by the belief that every injury is preventable. The Go4Zero Safety Guiding Principles provide a framework to achieving this goal so every person who works at or visits a Boeing site leaves as safe and healthy as when they arrived.

At Boeing, our goal for employee safety is as clear and simple as our workplace safety program’s name: Go for Zero – One Day at a Time. We aim to achieve this goal day by day by eliminating all workplace injuries and ensuring an environment where all employees go home in the same shape they came to work.

To show how each of the above strategies can cut emissions and help inform the most impactful and effective ways to reach net zero by 2050, Boeing created the Boeing Cascade Climate Impact Model.

The goal of the Safety Promise campaign was to highlight the importance of keeping Boeing employees safe. The messaging was meant to be simple, empathetic, and genuine to show that Boeing understood that each employee has a full and vibrant life and keeping them safe allows them to live for the moments that matter most.
